CALL4では、掲載に関していくつかの要件を設けております（例：「相手方が国または自治体であること」「既に担当となる代理人がついていること」「提訴済みである、もしくは提訴間近であること」など）。
まずはQ＆Aと訴訟の掲載をご希望の方へをご覧いただき、掲載を希望されている訴訟が各要件を満たしているかご確認いただいたうえでお問い合わせくださいますようお願いいたします。
また情報公開訴訟については、公開対象文書の公益性ではなく、当該情報公開訴訟の公益性で掲載を判断しておりますので、ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。

For those who wish to publish your case on CALL4: We have several requirements for publishing a new case on our platform. (For example, the defendant is the Japanese government or a local government, you already have a legal representative assigned to your case, and you have already filed a lawsuit or are about to, among others.) Please check our FAQ page first and confirm that your case meets the requirements before contacting us.
For the information disclosure litigations, please note that the litigations themselves have to be of public interest, not the documents to be disclosed.
